In particular, the report showed that FSD Beta users have a remarkably low accident rate of 0.2 accidents per million miles driven, compared to the national average of 3.2 accidents per million miles. This is a significant improvement over previous numbers and underscores the potential for advanced autonomous driving technologies to improve road safety for all drivers.

Comparing FSD Beta to Autopilot

Of course, it's worth noting that the FSD Beta system is still in the testing phase and is not yet available to the general public. However, the report also provided some interesting data on the accident rates for vehicles using Tesla's Autopilot system, which is currently available to all Tesla owners with compatible hardware.
